Our Off Season is all year round as we have runners always training for different events at different times. As such, we like about once a  month to host either a hike, trail run, stair run, bike ride, or ocean swim. Be sure to check our website and calendar each week for activities that we may be doing on either Saturday or Sunday or the weekend. Our offseason is part of our yearly membership fee. If you are not already a member, feel free to come out and join us for a workout or two. If you like what you see, then you can sign up. Our club fee is only $40 for a year. Check our website each week to see where we will be each month.

Dan and Rodney are also available for personal training/coaching for both individuals and small groups. Email us for more details and costs for personal training.
