AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I am a California resident and wish to participate in a public program of running, walking, good health and education of all of the above. I achnowledge that running, physical exertion and participating in an athletic training program of this type are inherently risky activities and that I participate solely at my own risk.

I attest, confirm and verify that I am physically fit, that i have had a physical examination before joining the Twentysixers LLC, and that my doctor has given me unrestricted permission to participate in the Twentysixers LLC Program. I understand that the Twentysixers LLC are relying on these representations in permitting me to participate in the Twentysixers LLC athletic training program.

I hereby, on behalf of myself, my heirs, family members assigns and personal representatives, do waive, release and forever hold harmless and discharge without any limitations whatsoever the Twentysixers LLC, its employees, directors, agents, volunteers, sponsors and affiliates from any and all liability, loss, claims, costs or expenses whatsoever arising from, out of, or attributable in any way to any action or omission to act, whether negligent or otherwise, on the part of any organization in connection with the sponsorship, organization or any execution of any part of the Twentysixers LLC program.

I hereby waive and release and forever indemnify and hold harmless and discharge without limitation whatsoever the Twentysixers LLC, its employees, directors, agents, volunteers, sponsors and affiliates from any and all liability, loss, cliams, costs, damages or expenses whatsoever arising from or relating to the use a baby jogger, carriage, stroller or from any injury to or caused by any dog belonging to or brought by the undersigned in connection with or to any Twentysixers LLC meeting or event.

I hereby grant full permission to the Twentysixers LLC and sponsors of the training program to use my name, voice and/or picture in any advertisement, broadcast, telecast, promotion or other acount of this training program for any purpose whatsoever.

I acknowledge that I have read, understood and voluntarily on behalf of myself, my heirs, family members, assigns and personal representatives, and buy purchasing a membership through the twentysixers.com website release assumption of risks and grant permission.
