LA Marathon and 1/2 Marathon Training Options

We offer customized training programs for any level of runner for any distance you wish to race. We do tend to focus on the 1/2 marathon and full marathon distances, but our programs are tailored to what you want to do.

 

 A Customized  Marathon Training Program
designed for both beginning and experienced
marathon runners.

The program includes the following:

1. PDF of your entire training program for each day of the week
2. Access to us to answer questions during your training
 3. Weekly email with technical and nutritional advice on training and improving your health
4. Training Schedule for the entire training period leading up to your race

5. Update on training program as your speed/fitness dictates at no additional cost

Other Training Options available for an additonal fee include:

We also offer clinics approximately once each month

The clinics cover areas such as strength training, core improvement, flexibility and improved body movement

(Please check our Calendar for dates of our clinics as they are inexpensive, fun and focused on improving how people exercise and move)
